What a shame.
That is the same crossing where the driver in a car committed suicide in 2004 and seven people died including the driver Brian Martin based at Exeter.

Another tragedy. Is it just my imagination, or are these type of incidents escalating? Hardly a week goes by without a something awful happening at a crossing somewhere or other here..... :(

Sorry, but how many survive being hit by a train?

There was another at Cherry Hinton, near Cambridge this morning as well, but details unknown at this time.

I recall during electrification work a BICC worker was caught a glancing blow by a B1 on the Fenman and survived. He was lucky though, most are killed.
