Just decided to join today after seeing ad in Railways Illustrated.
Have been railway enthusiast since mid 1960s where I grew up in the North East - regularly visiting Newcastle Central for trainspotting days out.
Kept the interest going through teens and marriage and now regularly visit the Glos and Warks Railway at Toddington.
I enjoy taking photographs of trains of all sorts, and make occasional visits to galas and open days throughout the country.

Hello Ronzbeck and welcome to the Railway Forum. I live not that far from the Glos and Warks Railway but as yet have not visited. Not too long before I pension, then I willbe able to visit a lot of the railways.
