Nobody asked me about this, so where do they get their figures from. After all and lets face it, 95% of staff get verbally abused/assaulted for the least little thing. I have to confess, I recently had a complaint with a member of staff for FAILING to inform me that trains on that line were NOT running, yet still allowed my Partner and I on to the platform and already crowded. Had it been the other way round, then He would have called me racist, of which I am not.
