Brings back memories of cold winter days at Broxbourne station and feeling the warmth from the N7 boiler. Of course in those days us boys wore shot trousers all year and so little red knees benefitted as well.
Days long gone but fondly remembered.

60 years on and gone back to wearing shorts for most of the year but these days do not feel the cold as much. A case of where there is no sense, there is no feeling perhaps.

I have a photo of Broxbourne Station in I believe 1936.

I guess that must have been the same station as I remember in the early 50s,
Plenty of character unlike the later one. Not been there for years now.

After logging in three times; being denied acess to gallery photos unless registered; tried reregistering three times only to be told that my name and email address are already in use - by me!!!
HOW DO YOU ACCESS THE GALLERY????
