Another stupid dicus deplodicus (aka policeman)how many photos are on the net or are in books of "RED" London buses I think the officers authority should have been challenged.
I would understand it if people were out side a military base or taking a photo of soldiers in the street.
But ...........................Buses?

that is theft by the police - he should be charged likewise

Another sad reflection on the times in which we live - how many freedoms do we have to give up to maintain our "freedoms" ??
I'd like to think that in the same situation I would absolutely refuse to delete any images or hand my camera over, insisting that if I've done wrong they arrest and charge me,but until it happens you can never be sure.

The police ar the guardians of the law?

Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

I think the Police Complaints Commission should investigate this too.

It's utter nonsense as well as being illegal and high time it was stopped as it's an abuse of power that's going far too far.

What I like about this are the comments people have left on that news report page. They are all in support with the tourists and think the police are idiots. Compared to 'train enthusiast' reports where some of the comments just take it as a joke. Just goes to show that despite what people think, everyone agrees with this idea that all this poor behaviour of these authorities needs to be changed.
