Rail passengers between London and Scotland are hit by delays on a line that has seen £9bn of investment.

At one stage the "Misery Line" name also applied to the LT&SR, before C2C took over the line.

I think they are needing to check pantographs. There could be something running about damaging the wires. Sounds too much like common sense.
