Spanish Loco

Could anyone ID this Loco for me and provide me with a little bit of history about said loco:confused:

Loco was seen at Leon station last year.

Looks like a smaller version of a Rhodesian Railway Class DE2 by English Electric.

RENFE Class 277 Co-Co electric loco. Built 1952 by English Electric at Vulcan Foundry.
