Hmmm so the West Coast modernisation is finished? Consider the following:-
Milton Keynes won't be finished 'til next month, the Bletchley re-mod keeps slipping back, now expected 2010, Northampton - Rugby re- signalling still to take place. The following power signal boxes that were still in use, Wembley Mainline, Watford, Bletchley & Rugby. All this and no sign of the change over to Saltley signalling centre on the horizon. So, it looks like continuing problems with 60's era signalling on top of delays caused by TOC incompetence.

There is a problem with the Derby - Matlock service: EM don't have enough stock!

Best wishes,
