Work for rail passengers on track (BBC News)
 
Work is starting on a £3.4m scheme to improve facilities for travellers at Liverpool's Lime Street station.

Always wondered what the thing was about the 'rubble' between the Virgin platform and the other part of the station with ticket barriers. It is quite like two stations at the moment the way it is set out so will be good when this is complete.
