Action needed to improve railway (BBC News)
 
Norfolk and Suffolk county councils joined forces to try to end rail disruption for commuters.

I wonder exactly they're referring to here. Was there OHLE in Norfolk & Suffolk in 1940's, or are they talking about the National Grid ??

I was assuming that they meant the OHLE on the Liverpool Street - Shenfield section of the Norwich line. I suppose there could be some of the original equipment from the 1949 electrification still in use.
