Trains are brought to standstill (BBC News)
 
All trains travelling between Norwich and London are brought to a standstill after a vehicle strikes a rail bridge.

With all credit to Network Rail, that's a quick response and resume time for the British. :p

No more than 35 minutes between the accident occuring and NR responding, inspecting and re-opening.
