Hi There!!
Hello there! Nice to finally come across a decent rail forum and with a gallery too!! I'm really into photography, mostly an admirer though because I don't have a decent camera myself yet.
I'm quite the train newbie at the moment, my strongest subjects are aircraft and birds, I got into trains when I started taking them to college about 3-4 years ago, before then I'd never really travelled by train much at all. My interest then grew when I met a train driver who is now my partner :D We often go travelling and I really enjoy having someone to talk to about my newest hobby. That's also why I joined these forums, I want to learn more and one of the best ways to do that is by discussion, right? :) Well that's all I have to say just now but if there are any questions I'll certainly reply to them. |

My theory is that photography is 90% to do with the nut attached to the camera, and only 10% due to the camera itself. I'm always amazed by the results the old-masters got with a "pinhole camera" and a box of glass-plates standing by the main line. So dont worry about sharing any train related photo here.;) |
What type of trains does your partner drive?

Welcome to the forum Articuno, Glad to have you aboard.

Hello Articuno and welcome to the Forum, we look forward to some of your photos.

Hi Articuno, welcome to the forum. Great to hear your into arlines and birds too, though those two things don't go hand in hand (or should I say wing in wing!) with each other :D.
