I saw this reported in the 'Sun' (it was a copy that was hanging around at work..honestly!) and it was hilarious. Can't remember it word for word, but it mentioned a 250,000 volt overhead line, followed by a mention of the boy then falling onto a 750,000 volt electrified rail! Ah, the Sun, you can't read it. I mean beat it, sorry.

One never knows what to think when reading these stories. Was the poor lad just leaning out a bit too far trying to get his ball? Or was he ****** around in front of his friends on the wrong side of the fence and got what he deserved? i.e. a nasty fright.

Shame about all the other people he gave a nasty fright to at the same time.

Kids !!!
(I think I was one once )

I must admit to being very quick to prejudge these events sometimes. I hope it was a very fortunate, for him anyway, accident. Whatever, I suppose the railway system will take a "bashing" in the press over it. That seems to be the par now.
Paul.
