A registered blind traveller calls for an apology after staff allegedly refused to let him board a train due to his dog.

Stories like this make my blood boil, the poor lad missed his train and who knows what difficulties that caused him later in the day. The TOCs employ these people and obviously do not give them the proper training or instructions to do their jobs in the proper and correct manner.

Totally Disgusting. I read about this on another forum. :mad:

The three of them responsible should be reduced to the Lowest Grade possible. As for the Station Manager, just How do people like that get their jobs, because it sure amazes me?
