Hello,
Have you tried using a search engine such as Google? If you search using the terms "fouling point" "cant deficiency" "track superelevation" and "railway/railroad trackwork" you will find many specialised websites. |

If you could get your hands on Network Rail standards it would help.
There are many! Handbook 49 for track design, for example. A good book to get hold of is the PWI - British Railway Track Design Construction Maintenance. I've got edition 6 (1993), not sure what the newest edition is |
