Hi, I just did the Waverley Flying Scotsman on Sunday so I thought that might qualify me as enough of a steam enthusiast to join this forum. I am looking forward to reading all your posts and learning more about amazing steam locomotives.

Hello Nancy and welcome to the Railway Forum. You say you are " looking forward to reading all your posts". That will keep you busy for some time as there 13,880 + posts for you to read. There are a lot of very good posts about steam loco's and steam run trains among them.

Yes, a lot of posts to read! lol. But I have started and am finding much of interest here.
Thirty down and 13,850 to go! I best get cracking.
