Hello Rick welcome, I've been a member for about nine months and the thing that I like about the forum is everyone is so friendly and helpful. Theres a wealth of information here. By the way I retired this year, nice to have the extra leisure time after a lifetime of work isn't it.

Hi Rick and a warm welcome from me too. Like your description of the "early days" It was all fun from what I remember and being in competition with your mates to see who could complete a class of loco first! I had a few in my combine.
Nowadays for me its all about photo's and I do enjoy an outing at one of the many heritage sites. Anyway all the best and look forward to your input. Cheers Phil |
