I have created a thread relating to a possible opening of a mothballed line in Liverpool serving amongst others, Everton FC & Liverpool FC.

I also added to the financial funding on on thread and started another. I find most rail "experts" know little about funding and how other countries do it to great success.

Hi Ringo,
I don't suppose that the two football clubs would contribute a large proportion of the costs of opening the line which would bring them so much benefit?
