No idea on the DMU I'm afraid, John.

From Derby city centre (Stop J2, Corporation Street) take any 9.1, 9.2 or 9.3 Bus, they go past the gate at Butterley. To get to the city centre from the Rail Station take a 40, 41, 44, 45 or Skylink bus from the stop ACROSS THE ROAD. go out of the station and bear right , use the pedestrian crossing and turn right, the stop is outside the redbrick building with "MIDLAND RAILWAY INSTITUTE" on the front. When you get to the bus station ask for directions to Corporation street (It's not far), you want stop J2.

The Bus is easier it's quite a way to cycle even from the nearest station at Alfreton it's a long way

not sure on the DMU but as a guess there will be 51625+59609+51591 and possibly the 141 unit last time they borrowed RB004 and there was the Thumper day trip too

I'm waiting for the Double Header Jinty day in February

Gray, it's only ordinary timetable, not a gala. Can't see them getting anything unusual in.

Regards, 62440.
