Saw a report on ITV Yorkshire showed a Northern Rail depot and a donkey getting a service
and reported that Northern ~WANT to get rid of them but there are no trains to replace them

Bombardier need orders .......................................

The figures given for train hire is surely the economics of the madhouse! Taken to it's silly conclusion; a bullock cart would cost about £30 and using them would save Northern a packet. If you have seen pacers leaving Leeds at rush hour, the ride might even be better!
