37692 Help Required
 

Ive uploaded an image of 37692 taken at Crewe on 14/09/2003:

She is wearing trainload coal decals but can anyone advise why, when and where she was repainted in this pale blue livery. I dont recall ever seeing this livery on any other loco.

The livery looks like the grey paint I got from Williamsons a few years ago, mistakenly, when I wanted Dutch grey to repaint 37175 and ended up with a tin of that shade instead!
