East London Line opens to public (BBC News)
 
The new East London Line officially opens, forming part of the £1bn London Overground engineering project.

I honestly can't remember when I last visited and rode around the Capital on the LUL/Docklands for a day, so must do it soon and include this new line.

Sounds like a good idea to be able to travel round central areas of the city rather than through them.
