Carlisle- Best Time?

Hi, I am going to Carlisle for the first time on he 14th and 15th of April. I have heard that it is a great place for freight. When are the best times to visit the station for freight? I mainly would like to see The DRS Tesco Trains and maybe the Nuclears but any type of freight or diesel moves would be great!

Thanks in advance
Dan
