37s at Craven Arms

While driving my big white van south through Craven Arms, Shropshire, last Wednesday I notices a short train consisting of roughly half a dozen 4 wheeler tank cars or small tank containers mounted on freightliner wagons and what looked like a small container. The train was heading north out of Craven Arms towards Shrewsbury, topped and tailed by blue class 37s and moving very slowly. Has anybody any idea what this train is?

Sandite/water jetting train perhaps? What colour were the wagons?

Sounds like DRS 37s on a RHTT (RailHead Treatment Train)

The wagons appeared to be a dark blue colour. I could not stare at it top long as it is a narrow and very busy road.
