Whats the name?

Hey guys! Could you help me please! I need to find out what a machine is called in english that drills holes for railroad power poles. Any suggestions?
May be someone even knows who sells them? :)

Thanks in advance! Cheers!

Probably something like a "Rail-mounted Auger"

Funny - thats something that we don't have on the railway anymore - they insist on using impact piling these days - much worse for the track structure. Any augering is done by traditional contractors plant.

As to manufacturers - try Aarsleff or Windhoff - only a guess mind
