Bitumen/asphalt/heavy fuel rail loading at refineries?

Hello.
Does anybody know of oil refineries with bitumen, asphalt or hevy fuel rail wagon loading facilities?
I work at at a refinery and my colleagues from the engineering department are upgrading our rail loading facility and are seeking for references.
Any directions would be welcome.

I can only think of the Fawley refinery in Hampshire.

They famously used to run trains in the days of steam, I am not sure if they still do.

(I tried their website, which seems to be aimed at schoolkids and has vey little information on it - but someone tried to send me a virus while I was looking round it)

Paulo :
