I have Microsoft train simulator.
I cannot download add ons from the internet as a message comes up saying the files don't exist or this file is empty.
I have windows vista.
Can you help?

Which site are you downloading from? What browser?

Well I have tried several sites. Even microsoft.

Scan your computer for malware. It's possible they're unsuccessfully trying to infect the files.
