G'day cobblers, from Oz.
Hello all,
I just stumbled across this forum today through MRF. I've learned so much from other places that I thought I'd join here too. Sometimes I can even answer fairly simple questions, so you never know. :) Anyway, it's in my profile, but we came over from England in '74, had children, bought a house and now we're Aussies. I had a work accident and can no longer work: this has seriously lessened my ability to spend up large on the railway, but has given me a lot more time... can't win can ya. Hope to have a long and happy stay. |
Welcome to the Forum, peterm. Enjoy!
I think you mean cobbers, don't you? :) |

Hello Peter and welcome to the Railway Forum from another 1947 baby. Glad you were not hit by the floods but feel very sorry for your fellow country folk who were.
