Hello and welcome Paul, good to see you on here at long last. For the benefit of the other forum members, me and Paul went to school together, and I'm now training him in the noble art of ticket inspecting.

Ummm

I forgot about that. You going up ot keighley this weekend then

pavorossi 24th June 2008 15:56

Indeed I am, on both the Saturday and Sunday. Anybody else going? Considering the size of the event it seems odd that it hasn't been mentioned much on here.

Hi Paul,

Welcome to the Forum. Now there are two good reasons for visiting the East Lancs! ( apart from the railway itself of course!)

Best wishes,

John H-T.

Thank you for the welcome Shed Cat, John HT and Trev. I know that adam will be teaching kme the ropes of being a TTI. I just looking forwrd to the fact that i will be training on the Diesel Week at the ELR. I will be trying to learn how to be a TTI with out the urgh to swap trrans half way throught the journey which is what a normally end up doing. If i did i will probably get it in the neck from Adam and the head of the TTI's.

Paul W 25th June 2008 14:30

Thanks

I will be looking forward to the training with Adam but i will have to resist the urgh to stop trying to change trains half way through as it is the Diesel gala at the east lancs next week:) . Adam will kill me if i do let a lone the head of the TTI's.
