Welcome to the forum 34101.

There's an interesting article in this months 'Backtrack' concerning the Bulleid pacifics. It's by an Eastleigh fitter...he hated 'em!

Hello and welcome to the forums 34101. Like John, I'm also curious about your signature, would you care to share your other interest with us?

Do we have a budding Fred Dibnah with us?

Welcome to the forum. Must admit to admiring Bulleids. I too am curious about the signature- could it be your a keen cook who uses pressure cookers?
Personally i find the times quoted in the handbooks are a bit long!

Hi and welcome to the forum.34101,ah memories of Basingstoke in the 60s - camping at Worting Junction (in a tent, not the other sort),burnt sausages for breakfast, almost everything steam hauled - as they say, nostalgia isn't what it used to be.
On the subject of Bulleid pacifics,34015 evaded me (and several others I know) for a long time until eventually cornered late one evening in Salisbury shed.Does anyone have any photographs of this fine specimen that they could share ??
