Matlock Riverside connection
Hi All,
I am fascinated by by this momentous event but am unable to find any photos as all relevent sites are down. Surely PR should recognize the value of the publicity that would be generated by this. Why is there no progress photos on their website? :( I recommend a full page ad in the Sunday Times... |
Welcome to the Forum philw. I am sure we are all waiting with great anticipation for this event.
Best wishes, John H-T. |

We had over 200 pictures on fotopic of the work being done for Matlock Fotopic has been down for two weeks now so i have uploaded the most recent pictures from the S & T Dept to Flickr, I have yet to add this weeks photos. http://www.flickr.com/photos/60544131@N06/ Sadly I do not have time to rebuild the entire gallery at the moment as quite a lot of my spare time is being taken up with things for Matlock such as restoring signal lamps at home Please note the flickr photos are only temporary until I rebuild the full gallery elsewhere Not sure about the advert in the Sunday Times as a full page ad in the travel section is only £42,655 just a tad more than the railway may want to pay I imagine Pete |

Thanks Pete,
Have found the photos on Flickr. I see you did get a quote from the ST then! Seriously though, well done to all of you for getting this far. It's a magnificent achievment. l Please don't underestimate the value of publicity in the public domain; there is more interest outside the railway world that you might imagine..:) |
Pete,
Please would you publish some photos to this Forum so we can all see the progress. Best wishes, John H-T. |
