You might find it a bit of a retrograde step going back to jointed.
Track quality could deteriorate by the installation of joints.
If you could keep the CWR it would be preferable.
As long as the adjustment switches are set correctly and shoulders maintained CWR should give no problems. As for Stressing, that shouldn't need redoing for about 10 years at least and can be a lot longer.
How often should you unclip and repad / reclip the track anyway jointed or CWR?
You will have to do it anyway.
A number of lines are proposing to install CWR as a means of reducing cost of maintenance.
