Well I would have allowed it to travel on my train as long as it sat on the seat and kept its' feet on the floor, as I used to say to dog owners with dogs on the seat.

On thinking about this, 50 years ago the railway would have had no coice but to carry the pony under its common carrier status. Funny how things change.
