Rail-replacement bus use opposed (BBC News)

Train companies are being asked to sign a pledge to use buses only as a last resort when services are disrupted by engineering work.

The Wisbech & March Bramley Line operated a 'Rail Replacement' Service as such last weekend, but not due to Engineering works taking place, more so as a Publicity matter.
