I can't believe just how disrepectful the above comments are.
The Class 612 might not be to everyones taste but it's a good quality video showing a type of DMU that we are never likely to see in the UK. This forum is supposed to cater for rail enthusiasts everywhere.

Disrespectful? I say it like I see it and make no apologies. Frankly I would be happy to see no DMU's at all, either Continental or British, either on here or in real life. The world would be a far better place without the horrible things.

I understand your view, but it does seem a bit intolerant considering this forum is not dedicated to any one particular form of railway transport.

I personally am not that keen on multiple units of any sort but I understand that they do have a following and, like it or not, they are a big part of the current railway scene.

So, live and let live please, it's the only way forward.
