Bachmann's 2009 list
At long last, a Robinson 04 2-8-0. A lot of modelers have been asking for a RTR model of the 04 for a long time. Also a new 03 0-6-0 diesel shunter and a 3MT 2-6-2T. For the Southern modelers a new EMU , a RTR 2-EPB even though the 4-CEP is not yet in the shops. There are also new class 45 D95, DMU class 150/1 &150/2, 2 new super 'D's' and Jubilee 45587 'Baroda'. There are some more locos announced like 60163 Tornado and Peppercorn 60537 'Bachelor's Button'
How do the modelers in the forum feel about the new announcements?

Pleased but its going to be an expensive year-18 months. Already placed my orders for Tornado and Blue Peter. Then there is the 105 DMU and the 03, see if I can get them to do one of the EVR's! There is a photo of one of them in the new Bachmann Collector's Club Magazine.
At least the 04 will not appear for at least 18 months! Then there is the the Standard 3 to renumber as the new build at SVR! And just as I thought it couldn't get any better/expensive "00 Works" are going to do a MR Johnson 2F with Belpaire firebox! Got to start saving now! Best wishes, John H-T.
