I'm sorry but I really don't think that's fair. I'm sure that in the UK we would also have responded quickly. I'll bet that at the drop of a hat we could have organised a Sartorial Investigative Commitee, and commissioned a rolling ten year multi-miilion pound market research report to ensure that inter racial sensitivities weren't encroached upon. Also we could have instigated a judicial revue into the abhorrent human rights abuse of the poor footballers, and arranged 6 figure compensation packages for all of them .

Even after all that, the health and safety executive would have made us stick with the orange vests anyway.

The Swiss still have their common sense intact.
