Question RTR Models of Preserved Locomotives

I've decided that my layout is going to be of a preservation centre. Which (OO) models can I buy that represent locos that have been saved? I already know that theres the Crab from the ELR (42765), Princess Margaret Rose and the KWVRs Jinty (47279). Does anyone know of anymore?

Flying Scotsman? Evening Star? Didn't Hornby release a model of one of the preserved Schools?

Candian Pacific in blue by Hornby. The aforementioned company released a model of Candian Pacific in blue and a few eeeks later the owner sold it and it was repainted into a more authentic BR Lined Green I bet Hornby were not best pleased!!!

I can't believe I didn't think of Scotsman or Evening Star! The new Bachmann one looks excellent and it's had really good reviews. Still, for the price you'd expect it be! A blue Bullied would be good, just to add a bit of variety. I read in Heritage Railways model section that Bachmann are bringing out a new Ivatt 2MT 2-6-0, one version of which will be a preserved example, should be good becuase I like the Ivatts.

The pannier tanks 5786 from SDR and 4612 from Bodmin, Kinlet Hall, Bradley Manor, Jinty in early LMS red as first painted in presevation (limited edition),( never by LMS!) All from Bachmann.

Duchess of Sutherland (in trainsets) and Princess Elizabeth also from train set but I picked up a brand new one on ebay split from the set for £51!

Hornby 8F 48151 (West Coast)

Britannia and Oliver Cromwell from Hornby (pending)

K&ESR Terrier Bodium (Hornby) Standard Class 4 4-6-0 75027 (Bluebell Bachmann) Standard 4 2-6-4T 80079 (SVR, Bachmann)

Ian Riley's Black 5 has often run as The Glasgow Highlander which Hornby did last year. B of B Tangmere (Hornby)

Bachmann Collectors Club Limited edition 9F Black Prince.

Bachmann Fairburn 2-6-4T 42073 (pending)

Class 50 Sir Edward Elgar (Midland Railway Centre, Hornby) Class 25 Tamworth Castle (Churnet Valley, Bachmann)

Bachmann have also done the 04 from Churnet Valley and a green 20 which is at Eden Valley numbers not to hand!

Hope that will keep you going for a bit.

I am working on the same idea...... a model of a preserved railway....... watch this space!
