A teenager is seriously ill in hospital after falling 30ft on to railway power cables in Staffordshire.

Boys don't just fall into the power cables. They don't just fall off a bridge. He must have been mucking about or his mate could have been involved and larking about as well. Will they never learn that railways are not placers where mucking about could and often does cost them their lives.
