help with up loads

help with up loads

i seem unable to up load any photos of late ever time i try i get a massage that it is too big only thing i have done new is bay a new cam wich has 14Mpix any ideas how to get round this

I had the same problem.Your picture quality is far to high to upload.
Go to the picture quality menu and reduce the picture quality to say 2352 x 1568.
This should help. I envy your new camera. I never got a massage when I bought mine.{sorry, I couldn't resist it}

I resize my pics to 1024x768, which is the screen resolution of most pc's. Use Save as for the resized photo, then you don't lose the original, and rename it. When your pic uploads you shouldn't need to scroll to see it. Other forums do need smaller pics though, so just experiment with resizing, always saving the original. Hope this helps.
