liskeard in cornwall railway station history

I overlook the station and we get varied traffic including steam , some of which are double headers with pullman carriages. I can find the early history of the station ,including the addition of the line to moorswater and looe, and the fields that were there before the railway. I cannot find the planning , purchase and construction history . I have visited the old cornwall society, liskeard museum and cornwall records office. all records show fields or railway in place. please help.

Have you tried the NRM in York to see if they can point you in the right direction.
They may know if the records you are searching for still exist.
