I sincerely hope she is found and taken to court for Endangering the life of her child at the very least. Surely she can be traced?

I was at a level crossing displaying red lights quite recently, when with just seconds to go before the barriers lowered, a car came across in the opposite direction to me, so I pointed to the lights and got a Winston Churchill salute, but I wonder if the same car driver would have been so cocky, had a train slammed into his car and spun him? ALL level crossing abusers should be prosecuted at the Very least.

Jeremy clarkson did a crossing safety film on Top gear.
It is on youtube so take a look.
Your people carrier stands no chance against a class 31.
Although Jeremy is a bit silly the message is still clear.
With regard to the woman I think that it is terrible.
Not a very good mother if you ask me.

You think that's bad, you should see this:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/asi...ic/8310051.stm

It's only because I knew the baby was still alive that I watched this, what a horrifying situation, maybe they should show this to those crossing dodgers.

That was terrifying and on the basis of that film could literally have happened to anyone. Is there some sort of guideline that says modern platforms have to have a slight backwards slope to prevent trolleys and pushchairs rolling onto the line ?
