4.wheel karrier

hi lads, just joined and would like to say i never worked for b.r but loved the old stations, and trains . we used to do a lot of work in the north east stations keeping the still boilers working in the cafes for hot water. hoping you can help me , when i was a young boy i would help the local b.r parcel man when i was off school, he used a scammel 3 wheeler + trailer, one day he arrived with a battered karrier 4 wheeler +trailer this must have been around 1957 and the first bantam befor karrier changed the cab style . have been trying to find a picture in b.r colours to put in my collection, hoping someone can point me in the right direction .

I remember Karrier Bantams, but not that early.

I worked in the motor trade (spare parts) from 1968 and commercial vehicles were a speciality of ours.

How about this ?

Might be worth contacting Dunstable library to see if they have any Karrier memorabilia in their archive.
