Preserved AC Electric on the Mainline.

The AC Loco Group's Class 86: 86101 ran its first Railtour in preservation last Saturday, 24th March,Carlise-Crewe-Carlise reaching a max speed of 95mph.

Load of 13 Mk2's, load approx 620 tons.

The AC Locomotive Group own/look after 81002, 82008, 83012, 84001, 85101, 86101, 86215, 86401,89001 and 73138.
