Is there any way of obtaining Network Rail timings for private charter trains?

Go to Railway Herald site.I note there are 2 x Type 47's on The West Highland & Jacobite Statesman on Friday the 7th October 2011.
There are 2 other tours, engines TBC. I'm not sure how you get the timings for these tours though.
