Delay statistics

Hello,
I was hoping someone could help me find some statistics about the UK railway.
I'm studying railway infrastructure engineering and I've been asked to write a report on winter weather disruption. I've been trying to find some statistics that detail the causes of delays. I've come across the delay attribution guide which gives codes for various types of weather delay but I haven't been able to find the data that uses these codes.
I've checked on the Office of Rail Regulation website statistics portal but can't find anything, I've emailed them to ask but haven't heard back.
Does anyone know where I could find this data?
Thanks in advance.
George
