supplier of wheels

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can get some n gauge wheels? I'm scratchbuilding some livestock trailers for some of my Mini Metals tractor units. The wheels on the lorries are 6mm in diameter.

The trailers are built out of 10thou plasticard but I'm stuck at the wheels. Oxford diecast bus wheels are the right size but I don't want to scrap a couple of busses just for the wheels.

I've got some 5mm plastic tubing and some heat shrink, so I thought about putting the heat shrink around the tube and cutting them to size. That would give me a wheel of the approximate size and it would have a rubber tyre on it.

Any thoughts ideas would be welcome.

Alex
