And for my next trick....

Hi,

Here's my latest N Gauge creation. It is a Morris pickup truck converted from a Morris Traveller.

It was realativly easy to do. Simply use the wooden framework as a guide and cut off the top half of the rear portion of the traveller. Sand down the rear flare on the wheel arch until it is the same all the way round. You have to file down the rear passenger seat all the way to the floor of the chassis. Then add a floor and a rear bulkhead and cut out the rear window slot.

Again I cut away the clear screw lug and added a driver.

I plan to do a couple more, although this time I will use a Morris van as it already has the proper rear wheel arches and doesn't have a rear seat to file down. The possibilities with these vehicles is endless. I'll try and remember to take photos and do a step by step guide.

The zoom effect of the digital camera picks up some flaws that you simply can't see with the naked eye, unless you have it 2 inches from your face.

Alex
