I Do wish the critics would put themselves in the same position as the drivers in cases like these and try to stop a train travelling at some speed, on a sixpence as the saying used to go. How exactly would the critics react if driving a train at say 100mph and somebody crossed the line say 100 yds, oops sorry, metres ahead of them? Would THEY expect to be jailed for Murder/Manslaughter?
