Steam rail museum plan revealed (BBC News)

Plans are revealed for a new steam railway museum which could be built in south Cumbria.

Why can't we have a steam museum here in the south. The existing ones are too far away for me to visit!

It is sad that the Museum cannot be based at the Lakeside Railway where most of the trust work. Hope iy will not be too far away.
